Equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hardwood floors, central air, ceiling fans, and a washer/dryer. The private balcony overlooks everthing on Stewart Street. There is also a shared balcony in the stairwell corridor stretching between the two apartments on each floor. Parking and public transit available. Since there’s only two apartments on each floor, we’ve had groups of six lease both places on each floor in order to live ‘together’ and share space. Short walk to uptown shopping, restaurants, bars, OU golf course, OU football stadium, and more. Garbage service included. Residents pay all other utilities (Water, Electric, Cable, Internet, Phone).
